a garden for inspiration

Did you enjoy the wedding?  I loved every minute of it.  I thought the dress was beautiful and the ceremony seemed intimate, despite the grandeur of the occasion.  I think my very favourite part was the trees inside the Abbey.  Brilliant. 

Here is one of my proudest photographs.  I would love to say that it is form my garden.  But also no.  It was taken at Harlow Carr Gardens, in the late Victorian garden.  I love how the light comes in through the windows and picks up the colour, shapes and textures of the plants.

So, another Monday off work (I could get very used to this) I think that this image has given me a few ideas...
